Yep, I have finally hit the 12 weeks mark. Time for all you folks to find out the news :)
Apart from my 3 colds in 2 months I think I am regaining my energy. Poor Damo has been starving the last few months as I just couldn't bring myself to cooking a meal. The smells are too much. But thats better too. Nausea has gone but looks like the vego-prego will stay. I seem to go off meat when I am pregnant. I have lost 5gs but should start regaining that soon.
I can well and truly feel the uterus above my pubic bone now and I am just waiting for those little flutters.

Another Ultrasound
So another ultrasound at 8weeks revealed a bigger lollipop with a nice strong heartbeat :). We could make out the head and the the arm and leg buds. How cute. Its so reassuring to that fizzy moving image .
The cyst was still there however and now I have to have another ultrasound in a few weeks and see the endogynae clinic about it. If its any bigger looks like I'm in for a laparoscopy to remove it.
The morning sickness is persisting...well its actually all day sickness. Not much I can eat :(. I have lost 4 kgs.

A big fright!
I was just over 6 weeks and Damo was working with Mikey on a Saturday. I went to the loo and wiped blood. I have never been so in shock in my life. I sat for a bit and hugged Mila then called Damo. He came rushing home leaving poor Mikey to do all the hard work. We spent the next few hours in emergency. The Dr was lovely and very comforting and said she thought things would be fine. My cervix was still closed and I had no pain. I was booked in for an ultrasound in the next couple of days to rule out an ectopic pregnancy and to check everything was as it should.
At the ultrasound we were able to see a hazy blob and a slow heart beat of under 100bpm. This was either because lollipop wasn't going to make it or that my dates were a bit off and that the heart was still very new. The ultrasound did however show a cyst of about 4-5cms. I would have to have another ultrasound to check on this.
The bleeding was still a mystery.

Father's Day..surprise!

I woke up on Father's Day morning hoping for a little extra surprise for Damo ;).
For some reason he ducked out to the shops so I jumped up and did the "pee on a stick" test. Holy crap it was positive!!!!
I quickly grabbed the book I had been keeping for when the day arrived. It was called "there's a house inside my mummy". I wrote a little note in it and put this and the HPT in the briefcase I had bought for him.
He he the look when he found it was priceless :)
So here come baby #2. I have nicknamed him/her (I think its him) Lollipop.
